The tweed coast is home to a few pods of Wild Dolphins.

Tweed snorkelling & Whale Watching

We encounter 2 kinds of dolphins: the Common Dolphin and the Bottle-nose Dolphin.

Our Dolphin Encounters Trip will taker you along the Tweed Coast and as close to touching distance from those playful, friendly creatures.
We will begin the journey at Jack Evens bay on the border between NSW and QLD.  You will be given a life-jacket and wind-stoppers(it gets chilly in winter), will go through a safety briefing and board the boat.Tweed snorkelling
Within a few minutes we will cross the tweed bar and head south along Fingal beach towards Cook Island, home to thousands of Seagulls and other birds.
Our boat is custom built to provide a fun, fast ride, while maintaining the highest level of safety.

Tweed Snorkelling & Whale Watching
The success rate in spotting the dolphins is around 90%.
Once we spot the dolphins we slowly approach them, and if they want - they will approach the boat. We have had pods of over 100 dolphins swimming along-side the boat within an arms length from the people.
